Nerdio is a leading cloud management platform built on top of Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365. With a growing sales organization spanning SMB-focused SDRs and strategic AEs, Nerdio needed to evolve its go-to-market strategy to align with its product ambitions without simply hiring more people.

When Nerdio's sales org needed to move faster, sell smarter, and scale without adding headcount, they partnered with RevOptics to reimagine how their SDR and AE teams operate from the ground up.

The Challenge

Milestone 1: NTENT Framework & CustomGPTs Deployed (Months 1–2) 

Rolled out the NTENT sales framework with the SMB team. Developed and tested 3–4 CustomGPTs for sales productivity. Integrated premium ChatGPT access for up to 10 users. Built SFDC page layouts to track NTENT adoption. Conducted initial pilot execution and user adoption monitoring.

Milestone 2: Outbound Process Optimization Delivered (Months 1–2) 

Finalized the outbound audit across the SDR and AE teams. Delivered improved email content, new SalesLoft cadences, and personalization strategies. Implemented recommendations with hands-on execution support. Target: 10% increase in qualified opportunities within 90 days.

Milestone 3: Mid-Year Sales Kickoff Execution (Months 3–4) 

Delivered 6–8 hours of in-person and virtual sessions for Nerdio's Summer Sales Kickoff. Consolidated learnings from the NTENT pilot and AI enablement workstream. Aligned leadership and reps on readiness for a broader rollout across the full sales organization.

Milestone 4: Pilot Completion & Go-Forward Plan (Optimization Phase) 

Delivered a final readout covering NTENT adoption rates, AI utilization, outbound performance improvements, and training outcomes. Presented a roadmap for ongoing optimization, optional retainer services, and scaling NTENT and AI practices to additional sales teams beyond the SMB pilot.

Results

What Nerdio now has:

An AI-enabled sales team with 3–4 CustomGPTs in active use, reps spending less time on admin and more time on high-value selling activities.

The NTENT framework was adopted by the SMB team, integrated into Salesforce, and used as the primary coaching and deal inspection tool by managers.

A new SalesLoft outbound engine with optimized cadences, refreshed email content, and a bi-weekly performance review rhythm that keeps the team accountable to results.

A scale-ready go-forward plan for rolling out NTENT and AI practices to additional sales teams beyond the initial SMB pilot group.
